“UAH 100 mln were additionally allocated for the “heating loans” program this year. The respective resolution was approved by the government session”, he wrote.
It should be reminded that in April, the Cabinet of Ministers launched the funding of “heating loans” for 2018 at state banks such as Oshchadbank, Ukrgasbank and Privatbank. The compensation of acquisition of non-gas boilers was 20% (for grantees – 35%), for insulating the individual residence – 35%, for insulating multistoried houses for ABCA – 40-70%. The private households and ABCA also could obtain additional compensation from local authorities.
On August 30, the banks already suspended the disbursement of “heating loans” due to the depletion of funds, envisaged by this state program for 2018, Head of State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving (State Energy Efficiency) Sergei Savchuk said.
Since the beginning of 2018, UAH 270 mln were compensated. During the whole program, its participants obtained UAH 2.3 bln of compensations from the state budget.
