According to the decision dated November 13, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) of Ukraine suspended licenses for trading securities by nine companies for violating the legislation.
The regulator approved such decision on November 13.
Thus, the licenses terminated for the following companies:
$- Oris Capital
$- Benefit Brock
$- Fund company Avangard
$- Abris-Invest
$- First Depositary Alliance
$- Systemgates
$- Financial company Korner
$- Financial depository company
$- Expert-Capital
“This decision was approved due to the fact that professional participants violated legislative requirements for securities in a systematic way that exposes investors to a potential risk, and for conducting inspection of their activities”, according to the regulator’s message.
Previously, it was reported that for the last three years, NSSMC stopped turnover of junk securities, totaling UAH 1 trln.
