According to the General Prosecutor of Ukraine, people “take the bait” of ideas of elections only because they do not see changes.
General Prosecutor Yurii Lutsenko stated that pre-term presidential and parliamentary elections will lead to the disaster in Ukraine, he said during his visit to Kherson on Friday, his press-secretary Larisa Sargan wrote in her Facebook, Correspondent.net reports.
“The country is on the very dangerous cusp. Several months ago, pre-term presidential and parliamentary elections were actually real. I am strongly convinced, as a man, as a citizen, that pre-term elections will lead to the disaster in this country. If we have another internal rebellion, the country can break down”, Sargan quoted Lutsenko.
According to the General Prosecutor, people “take the bait” of the ideas of pre-term elections only because they do not see changes, especially for the better.
Previously mass media wrote that all offices of “Block of Petro Poroshenko” were given a command to prepare for pre-term parliamentary elections for September.
However, President Petro Poroshenko stated that there won’t be pre-term elections to the Rada, and the political crisis will be overcome until late March.
