The Economic Court of Donestk Region satisfied the claim of Agrarian Fund PJSC on the reimbursement of losses from Kramat LTD2 (Sem Investtorg LLC), amounting to UAH 5.7 million. Out of them, UAH 4.8 mln is the principal amount of the debt, on which the grain is placed, and the penalties – UAH 878 ths, Finance.ua reports.

The decision of the Economic Court of the Donetsk Region on the case №905 / 167/17 was approved on February 2017. The relevant information was posted on the portal of the Unified State Register of Court Decisions.

As it was previously reported, in September 2016, upon its own initiative, Agrarian Fund PJSC filed the application to law enforcement agencies and initiated pretrial investigation on the short delivery of grains by Sem Investtorg LLC.

For avoidance of responsibility for default of the agreement and embezzlement of the funds of Agrarian Fund PJSC, Sem Investtorg LLC changed the location and the name of the company by registering it in the Donetsk region under the name Kramat LTD, LLC.

Sem Investtorg LLC (Kramat LDT, LLC) short-delivered 1.12 mln tons of the second-class grains to Agrarian Fund PJSC, thus inflicting damages to the state, represented by Agrarian Fund PJSC, amounting to UAH 4.8 mln.

For protection of its violated rights, Agrarian Fund PJSC filed application to law enforcement agencies of the Lvivska region, and then, after the reregistration of Sem Investtorg LLC in the Donestsk region and renaming it into Kramat LDT, LLC, the lawsuit was filed to the Economic Court of the Donetsk region.

Therefore, it is noted that Agrarian Fund PSJC is the company of the public sector of the economy, which adheres to the principles of openness and transparency in its activities and is operating exclusively on the market principles. The prevention of corruption violations on the part of the society itself as well as its contractors and clients is one of the main principles of the Company work.
