State Registration Service will solve many problems
From 1 July 2013 the functions of registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs will pass from local authorities to the State Registration (Ukrderzhreestr), announced the Minister of Justice Oleksandr Lavrynovych at a briefing in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, reports the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.
This will eliminate double subordination of state registrars, and registration across the country will be uniform.
O. Lavrynovych ensured that the transition will be as convenient and comfortable for business as possible. "We will conduct this change without interrupting the registration process, and in most cases this will even be in the same places where registrars work today. Most of these facilities will be used by the State Registration Service, and I want to say that after elimination of the double subordination we will be responsible towards a single national register of all business entities, which today also work in a double subordination system", he stressed.
The Minister of Justice informed that from July 1 state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs will be carried out by registration service 581. The staff list provides for 1364 positions of state registrars of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
