The agreement will allow Peru citizens to travel to EU countries for the period for up to 90 days.
The European Union and Peru cancel visa regime. The relevant agreement was signed on Monday in Brussels, Ukrinform reports. “I am confident that the agreement will allow to develop tourism and business contacts between people of our two large continents”, - High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini said.
The agreement will allow Peru citizens to travel to EU countries for the period for up to 90 days. Citizens of EU countries will have the same privileges during visiting Peru.
Previously in Brussels the European Union signed the agreement on short-term cancellation of visas with seven countries of Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific.
